In the last 13 years I have travelled the length and breadth of the UK and filmed nearly 350 stories for The One Show - covering topics as diverse as the Belfast tall ships festival, the UK’s only black fox, robotic ants, and rare iguanas smuggled into the UK from the Bahamas. I have howled with wolves with John Barrowman, taken Claire Balding on a midnight stake-out for wild otters, and shown Ferne Britten some rare bats in her local woodland. Underwater, I have dived with playful grey seals, friendly dolphins, elusive seahorses and nesting wrasse and I was the first presenter to conduct a live dive on UK television with a link to a studio, answering questions underwater in a tank full of sharks!
